John Cotton Europe Sp z o.o. specializes in the manufacture of high quality pillows, duvets and mattress pads.
The materials we use in the manufactur of our products are sourced globally to meet the exact demands and requirements of our customers.
Varied types of fabrics are available with differing levels of construction:
- Cotton
- Microfibre
- Polycotton
- Jacquard
- Terry
Combined with a choice of filling:
- Natural – wool, cashmere, silk
- Syntetic – siliconised fibers, hollowfibre, ball fibre, microfibre
Within our manufacturing facility we have the ability to process specialized, licensed raw materials- anti dustmite and antibacterial treatments such as Actiguard, Healthguard and Cirrus.
Our products are offered in the size, colour and finish specified by our customers. We design products to offer excellent feel and softness but also durability. Our quilts provide proper thermal insulation and air permeability, guaranteeing excellent levels of comfort. Every product in the range can be washed in a domestic washing machine, according to the wash label instructions.
